I wand to lodge a complaint against a railway official who mis-behaved with me at the ticket window.

Can any budy guide me on how to go ahead with this.

24 June 2008 complaint book is available at every station. u can book ur there. also can write to sr. officers, u can find address in railway timetable, available on stations and book stalls. also can see this link if this case belong to south railway.
