I want to know A TO Z about TCS.

1. why it is collected?
2. Who collects it?
3. unlike TDS for which section it is being deducted?
4. When to pay TCS?
5. can we pay it like e tds payment?
6. anything which i dont know about TCS.
7. which goods are specified under section 206C to collect tcs.

How can i edit of any scanned object?
for example i scan a letter through my scanner machine, then i want to add some words and then take my final print out

I reside at a town place in Maharashtra. I m at a deciding stage where i have to decide about my career. Sir can u help me to decide that Is it ok to be in teaching as a full time career without engaging in practice or job. I m CA final student right now and cleared 2nd group and now will appear for first group. So i have to decide it soon. Please guide me sir.

CASE 1:

1)A qualified chartered accountant wants to be full time in profession.

2) He has 25 acres of land in his name. He want to grow spices in his field.For growing spices managers and other experts will be involved.

3)Income generated out of this cultivation after paying salary to all the people engaged in my agricultural firm i am showing it as my agricultural income.

Will it be taken as a professional misconduct as per ICAI Act 1949 ?
