06 March 2010 1) Pl. let me know if none of the employee is drawing lesser than Rs. 6500/- will the PF act be applicable?
2) If registration is taken previous then if the employer intend can you cancel it in view of point 1

06 March 2010 My view.PF act is applicable once the employer reached 20 employees. Employees drawing more than Rs.6500/- then the employees have to opt or not opt the PF scheme.based on that registration may not cancel
