CA in practice can do agricultural farming

Dear Friends,
Can u please carify my doubt?
Here I am placing the case:
CASE 1:
1)A qualified chartered accountant wants to be full time in profession.
2) He has 25 acres of land in his name. He want to grow spices in his field.For growing spices managers and other experts will be involved.
3)Income generated out of this cultivation after paying salary to all the people engaged in my agricultural firm i am showing it as my agricultural income.
Will it be taken as a professional misconduct as per ICAI Act 1949 ?

You have to inform institute and take permission for the same. It is routine procedure and therefor you can get it easily.
