we r in the business of renting of immovable prpoerties, we want to provide maintenance services relating to immovable property to our clients and we do not want our company to directly provide these services but through any one of our own created agency can we do tht and can we account maintenance income in our books through agreements.

the CPE Credit Requirements for the rolling period of three years starting from the calendar year 2008 as given below:

All the members who are holding Certificate of Practice are required to:
a. Complete at least 90 CPE credit hours in each rolling three-year period of which 60 CPE credit hours should be of structured learning.
b. Complete minimum 20 CPE credit hours of structured learning in each year.

I got membership from 1 april 2009 and cop from 22 may 2009...so how much cpe hrs required in my case total till 2010 and individually every yr.??

I want to ask that whether it will be a valid reason for demanding transfer if the principal is not training us well?

is there any condition that an article can go into industrial training only after completing pce?
