"A Partnership Firm import goods from Afganistan paid Claring Charges to Custom House Agent & freight to local Transporter in India and includes such Clearing Charges & freight Charges in Purcahse"

Whether it sholud be included in purchase or not......

in my view it should be byfucated Clearing Charges & freight As A DIRECT Expenses.......

I am going to file pvt cos MCA returns.
But i have taken sign of only 1 director in every docs...on bs, p/l, directors report, etc
There are 2 directors in Co.
Can i still file returns with those docs having 1 director's sign???

A public Ltd Co. was incorporated on june2007 and was commenced on aug2007.
It didnot file any other documents since then.
A notice has come from the ROC to the directors to file the documents(Annual Return & Accounts) within 15 days..
When the company was uploading documents now, error occured on the mca site that "Public Limited company with paid-up capital < Rs.5 lakhs cannot file any documents till 31st August (i.e. till the end of CLSS scheme.")
But Actual Paid-up Capital of the company is Rs.7 lakhs.
As the company is filing for the 1st time, the Master Data of the company in mca portal is not updated.(paid-up capital is showing zero).
But due to this problem we are not able to file the same.

can anyone help me to solve the above query?.
