URGENT WHAT TO DO IF CA IS NOT GIVING GOOD WORK ON TRAINING?

12 June 2010 I want to ask that whether it will be a valid reason for demanding transfer if the principal is not training us well?

he is niether giving us the good audits to handle, nor any work where we can show our expertise, he is merely giving the works of a SERVANT!

12 June 2010 Have heard many such complains, dont know when this problem will be solved. Have you complained about this ti institute. What's the response if any?

12 June 2010 before going to institute......first ask/discuss with u r boss why he is not giving u the opportunity......what is reason and solution....if reply is not satisfactory comparing to u r potential......complain to institute....

13 June 2010 The basic problem is the attitude of that man........ He givs good work only to those articles who agree to do everything for him....... to the girls with whom his relations are more far than the principal - article...............

I dont know whether to post this kind of query or not but am helpless..
Its a BLACK TRUTH. Except those girls rest of the articles are just a SERVANT for him........

please help me out...............
