13 June 2010 the CPE Credit Requirements for the rolling period of three years starting from the calendar year 2008 as given below:

All the members who are holding Certificate of Practice are required to:
a. Complete at least 90 CPE credit hours in each rolling three-year period of which 60 CPE credit hours should be of structured learning.
b. Complete minimum 20 CPE credit hours of structured learning in each year.

I got membership from 1 april 2009 and cop from 22 may 2009...so how much cpe hrs required in my case total till 2010 and individually every yr.??

13 June 2010 In this case the scheme would be as follows:-

2009, 2010 & 2011- 20 hours mandatory of structured learning every year totaling 60 hours.

In between 2009-2011 - complete 30 hours of ULA as well.

13 June 2010 The requirements of CPE hours shall not apply to:
(a) A member, for the year during which he gets his Certificate of Practice for the first time.
Here year means calender year. As per the above, calender year 2009 is exempted.
Consequently rolling three year period statrs from calender year 2010 and accordingly conditions (a) and (b) of your query has to be satisfied for the three year rolling period 2010 to 2012.
