Can somebody please let me know,the formula for calculating the leave eligibility of an articled Assistant during the period of articleship

I am a pcc student.
I had completed my 24 month training.
Now i want to take transfer from my C.A and my C.A also had no problem in giving me transfer..
I also found another C.A under whom i will take remaing 18 month training.

Now the main problem is what reason should i give institue so that i get my transfer...

I cant show my parent's transfer.
I cant give medical reason.
I cant give reason of irregular stipend.

Plz help...

in the first year of articleship transfer is allowable but principle is not giving transfer after many request and replying "to leave the ca ,he will not give transfer" what can i do

Sirs,
I'm facing difficulty while filing a Form-5.At the time of Prescrutiny Error Messege is showing as " There are pending Form(s)5 in respect of the company. Please file this Form 5 after approval of the pending Form(s)5."
But as I've been said from the ROC office that there is no pending Form for this Company. They are saying it is as software problem, which needs updatation. Form my side software requirement is as per ROC website. Now I'm Not getting what to DO?

I need basic format of rent agreement of a car.

One company (Licensor)who are not in business of car rental but giving their owned car to other company(Sister concern)(Licensee)on a rent for use, where all type of expenses will be borne by other company( Licensee) i.e. Insurance, petrol, driver etc.
