We have planned to form New Company. Now company will have100000 as Authorised Capital. This capital would be alloted to two persons who are both Foreign Nationals. Can this be treated as Foreign Company? Would we be required to get the permission of RBI or FIBP or any other authority at the time of allotment of shares?

i hav just now finished CPT scoring 122/200(i'm a non-commerce comp.sci student) nd im goin 2register for both groups of ipcc So.. how should i go classes for ipcc a regular batch which is 5or7days a week or to alternate days like monday,wed,fri,. which will be more convenient?? And Should I go 2all classes at a same institution or go to Masters who are specialised in specific subhects! U ppl may have faced all these issues so pls guide me with ur xperience DO REPLY....!
