i want to start SIP so which type of SIP option should i select.
i.e.growth plan or dividend plan.

Selction between growth and dividend plan depends on the reason of your investment.
If you want tax free income every year go for dividend option else go for growth.
My personal view is that if you are unmarried go for a SIP in Gold ETF particularly Benchmark Gold ETF.
If you are opting for 2 funds select dates as 1st and 15th of every month.
