My article period is completing on march end, and my Final attempt will be on May 2012, i m also appearing for CS executive exam in Dec 2011, so what should i do after march should i continue with my article in the same office or should i go to other office or should i be at home and start preparing for the exam.
And I also decided to do service ahead.
pls help me out from this anyone.

Sir, i want to know that whether a Bank Branch Auditor of SBI's branch can do stock audit of the enterprise, which have taken advances from that same branch?

Whether the answer may be change if the branches are different?

I have query relating to FDI,

that our client has an opportunity to take part in business dealing with non resident. non resident want to invest in india Rs. 2 to 3cr.
Now my question is that is it permissible for non resident to invest directly with resident person in india as partner in business.

Is there any mode invest that money of non resident in better way to earn higher income under legal boundary of Income Tax, FEMA or other act

I registered for CS foundation in July, 2009, appeared & cleared Foundation Programme in June 2010, and registered for CS-Executive in August 2010, eligible to appear June 2011 exam for CS-Executive. Am I required to complete SIP??? Can it be completed after appearing the said exam??? Any exemption available??
