I have not received the students copy of articleship confirmation letter and the students ID card issued by the institute but my principal received his copy relating to the same.i wrote a letter relating to the non issue of confirmation letter to the institute but no reply was given to me.what shall i do to get my student ID card and confirmation letter .

Two Things-

1) In case of Service Agreement who shall borne the Stamp Duty ie. who shall pay the stamp duty the agent or the principal?

2) How much stamp duty is payable on the service agreement in state of Karnataka? And is registration of agreement mandatory or how beneficial it is?


Pls note: This is a ongoing contract for 3 years, so any fix consideration is
not given in agreement, as and when the service provider(agent) raises
the bill on company (principal) , the co shall pay the bill after
deduction of the taxs as per prevailing laws.

I’m veeru from Bangalore. Right now i’m in a big trouble. So i’m seeking ur valuable advices urgently…
Initially i registered with PEII after my B.com in 2006, got eligibility to write exam in 2007 may. But my fate, i don’t know wat happened me i didn’t write d exam even once. By this time i joined a reputed middle scaled CA firm in 2007 and had been worked till 2010, around 3 years.
Finally i made up a mind to do CA & left the office 4 IPCC exam purpose. But i struggle like anything bcoz of Guiltiness & feel like i cheated my parents by wasting around 3.5 year time without studies. Coz my parents r agriculturist , if i had studied well, i would’ve become CA by this time n taken care of my parents in a good manner. But now i’ve to wait another 3.5 years to become CA… as a result of all these things i couldn’t concentrate on studies. Therefore though i paid fee, i didn’t write d exam in last 3 attempts..
Now my frnds n relatives making fun of me & started giving free non sense advices lik to quit CA. Is this the thing i never mind but my guardians also started doing the same thing like, u can’t do CA, go 4 a job, your half age got over still studying, ur like wont get setteled.. some thing n all…

In spite of all these, my urge to become CA is growing very strong. Bcoz, though my parents r formers, they r very supporting me n they wanted me to become a reputed chartered accountant.
The main reason to my depression is my Age………
Right now i just entered into 26 yr age. by the time when i become CA i’ll be 29 or 29.5 year of age. Therefore i lagging behind around 3.5 years compared to others..
My worry is how the corporate world will accept this thing when we go for employment?? In the sense that how they will treat CA’s who qualified ¾ yrs late…
If i/we scored good marks & gain good knowledge, will i/we be the priority for companies when i/we go for employment at that age also??
i came to know that average age to become CA is 25+ yr even though ppl started course after their 12th exam, except some exceptional cases… But i feel lik late…..
is it ok if i become CA within 30 yr of age??
Please share ur views in this regard………..
