I am a qualified ca with experience of close to 5 years, with job expereice in insurance 2 years , commercial 2 years & remaining 1 year in manufacturing , unable to decide in which field i should go as current job not giving any future growth .

Growth and satisfaction are two aspects, apart from growth if there is satisifaction involved in job then its a great combination, as far as growth is concerned , in which sector there is no growth, so sir i think instead of growth u should ask to your self in which feild u r close to your heart...jiyo dil se...
