our firm is engage in construction work and registered under EPF act,but i am having some queries regarding epf deduction
1)our firm is having no. of sub-contractor they carry out the work along with the material.
2)No.of patty contractor are deployed on the work site to carryout different types of works are they covered under epf deductions
3)if the workers/patty contractor/sub-contractor & employee working in the office or at site are not willing to contribute to the epf then what to do
4)At what rate pf is to deducted from the patty contractor/sub-contractor we dont know how much labour he is deploying at site
