IF A PERSON HAS PART TIME CERTIFICATE OF PRACTICE , HE CAN REGISTER ANY ARTICLE UNDER HIM, IF YES THEN HOW MUCH ARTICLE?

Are there any time limit to calculate the gratuity to make a provision as on 31st March.

e.g. if an employee has completed his 6 months in the company, the amount of gratuity will be provided in the books or not.

I passed ipcc in May 2011. i Registered for articles in july. My Final is due in may 2014. I want to enter cs also. I am a graduate and if i join cs now I willn't have to give the foundation and will give inter directly in june 2012.please suggest me for cs .Also let me know when my cs final will be due if I pass foundation in june 2012. I am a accountant by profession & at present I am working in a reputed construction company.Basically I do all tax related work, P/L & Balance sheet of the company. Can I do I.C.W.A with my job.Will it help me in my present job profile. Is it only for manufacturing concern or is there any chance for up gradation in my present company also.
