I have obtained COP from ICAI but it has my full name (Including middle name) Do I now have to mention my full name every time I have to attest something or sign tax audits?? Or can I just write My first and Last name along with Membership number? Is it possible to shorten or omit my middle name?

I gave my full name in form 2 because that was given for student registration when applying for CA course.

for getting my cibil score online i have filled the form and made the payment of Rs.470 required for cibil report through my brothers credit card.it asked for authentication questions and i failed to provide accurate answers.so later i received a mail from cibil dept.asking me to submit KYC forms through a link provided by them.However i submitted them but still didnt get my report yet.
Is there any other way i can get the report??
Later for the second time i filled the form again and made payment through my credit card only.For both times i have tried payment got deducted but i didnt get my report...
I was fed up of waiting for a reply from the cibil dept..

Please someone suggest me what to do...

Hello everyone,

I have completed B.Com(A & F) from IGNOU in 2010 and passed all subjects. But unfortunately, I haven't yet received the certificates from IGNOU. I tried contacting them through e-mails and phone, they did not reply. Since now I am living abroad, I can not visit personally to collect them. Has anybody gone through this experience? If yes, then it would be great if you share me the possible steps for solution.

Secondly, I am keen to know if B.Com (A & F) from IGNOU is recognized by the Australian National Office of Overseas Recognition as equivalent to at least an Australian Bachelor degree ?
