Please let me know the FCRA act is applicable on sponsorship fee charged in Event to Foreign parties.

03 December 2014 “Delegate/participation Fees” paid in foreign currency by foreign
delegates/participants for participation in a conference/seminar and
which is utilized for the purpose of meeting the expenditure of
hosting the conference/seminar is not treated as foreign contribution
and as such no permission under FCRA is required.

03 December 2014 Sponsorship fees will be in the nature of donations hence it will be covered under FCRA.

Sponsorship fee means we provide the services "like Banner advertisement, company profile, and delegate passes.

As clarified at Explanation 3 above, foreign contribution
excludes earnings from foreign client(s) by a person in lieu of goods
sold or services rendered by it as this is a transaction of commercial
nature.

Are you agree on this.
