24 December 2014 Hello everyone,

I have completed B.Com(A & F) from IGNOU in 2010 and passed all subjects. But unfortunately, I haven't yet received the certificates from IGNOU. I tried contacting them through e-mails and phone, they did not reply. Since now I am living abroad, I can not visit personally to collect them. Has anybody gone through this experience? If yes, then it would be great if you share me the possible steps for solution.

Secondly, I am keen to know if B.Com (A & F) from IGNOU is recognized by the Australian National Office of Overseas Recognition as equivalent to at least an Australian Bachelor degree ?

But definitely I have lot of experience relating to your ist issue, because I faced same problem both at the time of completion of my BCOM (A&F)& MCOM (F&T).u need to mail ur self attested scanned copies of requisite documents to icai-soms@ignou.ac.in.
