07 November 2014 Sir, while filing mgt-14 for approval of annual accounts, its showing defaulting status, "defaulting in filing and annual return for the financial year 2009-10.
What to do for this? kindly help me out.

08 November 2014 Please check 'master data' of the company by log in to MCA portal. If status shows'active', complete pending annual filing and then proceed to file current year e-forms.

08 November 2014 When i view master data, the defaulting status is showing. but i have filed for that year already.This year every annual forms have been uploaded such as 20B, 20AC, 20ACA, ADT-1 except that Form mgt-14.
