Eedp & esip training sturucture

Dear All,
I want to know about the eEDP & eSIP programme held by ICSI.
Is it compulsory to attend the programmee.
Online facility regarding the course can be availed at any time during a day.
As i am working person so the training can be availed any time .
Please suggest.

Salary

dear sir/madam,
i am working in company, my annual salary is Rs. 6,00,000 and i will not receive salary of the month February and March but TDS had been deducted on two months salary, my employer had mentioned the salary details of February and march in Form 16. now what should i do

Tds sec 194 d

insurance premium paid to United India Insurance ... above Rs. 20000/-. Is the same liable for a tds deduction u/s 194d???
