how to arrange ecb from foreign means singapore and london?? and what is the procedure??

they arrange ECB (Foreign Currency Loans) for Renewable Energy Projects, specially Advanced Solar Electricity Generation Systems from 5MW upwards. Minimum loan with an equity component is US$10 Million. The loan facility is available for India and other overseas countries contact:
