how increase or decrease in fixed cost affect Break Even Point

Dear All,

The employee provident fund act,1952 says that a employee earning upto 6,500 p.m. is to be member of provident fund mandatorily.

And it also says that a person earning above 6,5000 can be (i.e its optional) for him
pls correct if i am wrong

secondly the act says that if a person is earning more than 6,500 p.m. then his share shall be computed as if his earning is 6,500 only.

but practically employess and employeers are paying on their actual salary how this possible?

Dear Sir,

my friend has doing two types of business one is guest house service and other one is travel agency gross income are from both of the business is Rs. 45 lacs apprimixate.
He want to know that is books of accounts is compulsury to maintained and other one is what return is to be filled. Both income is segrated in one ITR if yes please give us procedure and no than what is the other procedure.

At present i am carrying Retail Business of Medical Store on the Licence of person "A" and now i want carry the business on my own medical licence.
Q -1 Can i Transfer the entire Stock from "A" to My own licence at cost price and carry the business?
if yes,
then should i need to make any agreement for that?
Or
Q - 2 If Mr.A sells the whole stock at cost price to me then Mr A is lible to pay any VAT under MVAT Act?
