At present i am carrying Retail Business of Medical Store on the Licence of person "A" and now i want carry the business on my own medical licence.
Q -1 Can i Transfer the entire Stock from "A" to My own licence at cost price and carry the business?
if yes,
then should i need to make any agreement for that?
Or
Q - 2 If Mr.A sells the whole stock at cost price to me then Mr A is lible to pay any VAT under MVAT Act?
