hi in my modules of PROFESSIONAL PROGRAME printed on July 2011 but in that modules in test papers given last(compulsory to send institute as response sheets) there are 2009 in some modules and 2010 in some modules . can i send answer sheet it to the institute as that ?? means 2009 and 2010 test paper ??

A partnership firm(family memebers as partner) consisted of 3 partners out of which 1 partner died and the other partners decided to admit 1 more partner(grand son of deceased partner)in place of deceased partner with the same share as deceased partner.

I want a draft clause of the above case to be placed in the partnership deed. Please help me in this regard at the earliest.
