Partnership deed- urgent

(Querist)
11 July 2012 A partnership firm(family memebers as partner) consisted of 3 partners out of which 1 partner died and the other partners decided to admit 1 more partner(grand son of deceased partner)in place of deceased partner with the same share as deceased partner.

I want a draft clause of the above case to be placed in the partnership deed. Please help me in this regard at the earliest.
if any one have a format of Partnership deed- death cum admission deed please post it on caclub.
