We would like to get our ssi certificate renewed with our new address and what is the procedure for the same.??

We are already holding our ssi certicate with our old address - but it is out of date now ???

Dear Experts,

One of our employees salary was increased from Rs.12000/- to Rs.20000/- in the month of April 2012.

Since April 2012 we had fixed Rs.10000/- as his basic salary and have been deducting PF on Rs.10000/-.

Now in the month of August 2012 employee wants his basic salary to be reduced to Rs.6500/- and PF deducted on Rs.6500/-

Is this possible?

I m getting articleship training in a small firm which was established 2 years ago.
The firm does not have any bank audit or the audit of any big company or firms.
But it has a lot of small works, audit of small firms,etc. I am confused as i m not getting exposed to big clients or big firms and companies.

Will it affect my career...??
