if CCI account is still there it means they are active.

I just came across his profile.

So how to find out member who has been designated as Top Active Member?

10 August 2012 Every time a New CAclubindia Member's Name is displayed in the TOP 30 members list for which we have to claim to become top active member.
It changes every month.
