Dear Experts,

I have got P.R. of Canada & planning to go there in next two months time. I have a residential property which I want to sell off and take the sale proceeds to Canada. The property's sale price is approx. 2.5 crores. Now my queries are following :-

1. The property has registered value of around 40 lakhs and if I take 1 crore by cheque payment and other by cash, will it be possible to transfer the funds fully?

2. Or otherwise I take the full sale consideration i.e. 2.5 crores in cheque, Can I transfer the full payment to Canada and how? Pls note that I will be buying a new house in next 6 months of around the same value in Canada.

I want to know Whether ICICI Bank is nationalised or not? Because i want to make demand draft in favor of The Institute of CA Of India for IPCC course Registration. so please whether icici is nationalised or not?

i hv filed online verification form for may2012 exam result.bt its showing there dat no records found...wat cn b d remedy regarding dis can nebody help me?frm where i cn check out my verification result rep asap........thanks

A Chartered Accountant in practice has employed a person on salary paying Rs.15000 per month(Rs.180000 annually). Now, what are the compliances with regards deductions to be made... Provident Fund, Profession Tax etc.?



Also, what happens if the salary is Rs.25000 per month? TDS will be deducted in this case I know but what about Provident Fund, Profession Tax etc.?

I HAVE APPLIED FOR NOVEMBER 2012 IPCC EXAMINATION THROUGH ONLINE TODAY..
BUT DID NOT SUBMIT THE FORMS YET TO THE INSTITUTE..
I THOUGHT I CAN WRITE NOV EXAMS THOUGH I CONVERT MYSELF TO THE NEW RULE,
BUT NOW I REALIZED THAT I CAN NOT WRITE EXAMS IN NOV 2012,
IF I AM GOING TO CONVERT MYSELF TO THE NEW RULE OF DIRECT ENTRY TO ARTICLESHIP..

I WANT TO REGISTER TO THE NEW RULE AND WRITE EXAMS IN MAY 2013..
KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD..

I lost the receipts of the last fees paid to the both the Depositories for annual subscriptions. Now directors wants thses receipts but i m unable to find from the Website of CDSL /NSDL.
