Sir I have send mark revaluation letter in ICAI on 13/08/2012 but I can not receive revaluation letter now. When my revaluation letter received. How many days taken to ICAI for regarding my revaluation letter.

I have registered for CS executive in Dec 2011 and also submitted form for exams to be held in Dec 2012 for both module. I came to know that For getting SIP exemption it should be applied within 6 months from date of registration. Whether i can apply now, because 6 month lapsed from registration for getting exemption from SIP training?

Can you Suggest me to overcome my problem as my Verification result is still pending & the date of exam form filling is last today.My doubbt is if i registared myself for December-12 exam & thererafter passed in verification ,my paid fee will be refunded or not.

i want to know what the actual practice of release sale invoice. my co working project in different location and the management suggest me to release the sale invoice in different project wise. i think its wrong as per sales tax department. so please suggest me right practice.

I have applied for IEC code and they did not accept my application online and want me to submit the hard copy.

Here is the msg they sent me with the reason

Your Application has been found deficient due to following reasons

Application is not in revised ANF 2 A which is available in dgft.gov.in (Application was submitted online)
Self certified copy of documetnayr proof for service provider not furnihsed. (What do they mean by this document?)
Self addressed envelope with stamp of Rs. 30/-
Submit hard copy a/w all supporting documents duly self certified all pages.

i have tried to do online form fillup for professional program but the web site is either very slow and unlocking it after unsuccesful transaction is time consuming.
is the same problem face by every one

please suggest me what is the procedure and conditions for transfer of articles abroad

Whether the power of CLB is transfered to RD for shifting of registered office from a state to another? If yes then do we required to hire lawyers for the same? If it is so then does it make compliance's less as compare it to CLB? or whether a Company Secretary alone is enough for this procedure?
