I want to know the best book for ca Final ISCA self study.. On this subject my preference is simple and easy book providing adequate marks..
One option is Dinesh Madan. But I found his notes quite difficult to remember in exam when I studied it in ITSM (IPCC).So it will be good If you can suggest other books too....I am not in hurry but quick response will always be helpful..

If we do have share application money pending for allotment then what will be the impact on calculation of EPS.

According to AS -20: share application money pending for allotment or any advance share application money as at the balance sheet date,which is not statutorily required to be kept separately and is being utilized in the business of the enterprise, is treated in the same manner as dilutive potential equity shares.

Point no. 1) As at date we don't know the exact proportion of security premium & share capital.
Point No. 2) as says which is not statutorily required to kept separately.

We are a pvt. ltd. company not a subsidary of any public ltd co. Please Clarify the following.

1) How to find out whether a Director has been shown in the ROC records as executive director or a non- executive director?

2) Can salary be given to an executive Director not specifically specified as a Managing Director/ Whole Time Director as per ROC records?

3) We desire to pay two directors salary of Rs. 1,80,000.00 each annually, w.e.f. 01/04/2012. Any form required to be filed w.r.t ROC.

have a small query
my friend recently completed his ipcc and joined articles
he is not satisfied with articles
and he is saying tht he will take DUMMY.
i asked how can u get knowledge??
he answered me that he will work as paid assistant
also he said he will work in companies with his ipcc certificate
where he gets good income too and knowledge

was he right??
i too felt this is nice
but was it right in doing as we get practical exposure and also we can get abundant time to read final

now i am in dilemma
pls help me frnds
