hii cci frnds,
have a small query
my friend recently completed his ipcc and joined articles
he is not satisfied with articles
and he is saying tht he will take DUMMY.
i asked how can u get knowledge??
he answered me that he will work as paid assistant
also he said he will work in companies with his ipcc certificate
where he gets good income too and knowledge
was he right??
i too felt this is nice
but was it right in doing as we get practical exposure and also we can get abundant time to read final
now i am in dilemma
pls help me frnds

It is very risky to you as well as to your employer(who given dummy). ICAI stricktley prohibited Dummy articles and doesn't allows. If ICAI finds dummy articleship at any time it should be cancel whole articleship period as well as also punish both student and employer. So it is very difficult to maintain dummy articleship with out public notice. So you have to maintain such secrecy.
As per my view i don't like and suggest dummy articleship because of not only the above reason for other reasons also like knowledge etc......

yeah u r true i knw dummy is very very risky
that is why i dont wanna take it :)
but query is
suppose if a person takes dummy and do as one of my frnds did
will his knowledge be high??
he said

n go to job to wipro ,tcs etc etc
and he said he gets good salary 20k+ and also knowledge
thts why i posted here
whether what he said is correct or not??
in general a person who was doing articles like me gets more knowledge or he gets more??

Those who going to articles only get good knowledge among all the matters. Those who takes dummy and doing job doesn't get knowledge regarding all the matters. And his knowledge is limited for the accounting only.

According to me those who are pursuing CA it is not important to earn money at the time of their articleship period only important thing is earning knowledge and getting exposure on work etc....(however some are must and should required financial support to their family but it is exceptional case).

In such case also he doesn't gain the CA knowledge and doesn't work as CA. Just he join as Financial manager, Senior account etc.... Then when we not designated as CA then what is the use for doing CA is it only for degree.

if yes

if his principal doesnt allow him to take transfer
what the student can doo?
if the auditor is too harsh while asking him many times too what to do??

Just based on your friends decision blindly you don't go. First analysis your self what you, what you want, how did you want to became etc.... and take decision.

Yes, he can take termination. With out employer concern the ICAI doesn't allow termination. So you are saying employer is very harsh then in such case you write a request latter to ICAI regarding your employer and want to take termination but the employer not agreeing with me and i don't like to continue articleship at him and there is no good work exposure etc... so please permit me to termination with out employer concern.

Yes, ICAI may consider but till now i didn't so that. But one of my friend case almost we go to that but finally agreed. But students also have right to complaint against the employer etc... However as per your request i will send my email id to your PM.
