i had cleared my ipcc group -1 in may 2011 and registered for final and articleship on 23/08/2012 i would like to ask u when i will be elgibile for final attempt whether in november 2013 or may 2014?

A.can i continued work in my current company as a retainer ship ?

B If i join CA firm can i give bill of retainer ship fees of my own name ?

C.Any permission to be taken form ICAI for retainer ship in current company P

One of my friend paying nearly 1,00,000 as EMI for car loan(hire purchase).now he got a mail saying that he can claim TDS.now MY DOUBT IS : CAN A FINANCE COMPANY DEDUCT TDS ON EMI'S.

Has i have given to one of known CA, my company ROC and Incorporation but we upload the online forms for incorporate with details as off now he is saying still pending.

Name has been approved only incorp. is pending.

Could any one tell me should i go with any best/top auditors in Bangalore or should i wait has i don't have time on this.
