Can a 'CA in job' attest photocopies of various documents to be sent to Instt. along with registration form of CA-Final course???

I & my husband had purchased a house in 1993 for Rs.3,24,720 in joint name which I sold in Jan 2012 for Rs.31,00,000.Now we want to buy 2 or more houses with this money as a investment for our old age Can we buy them on separate names? I also wanted to know that if we want to pay the long term capital gain tax how much will we have to pay & can we use that money for other investment purpose as we are retired.

Can a CA in service use a CErtified true copy stamp to attest audited balance sheets or returns that are filed?will it amount to violation of code of ethics?

In PAN Card my signature is without two dots at the bottom, but at every other documents i have done my signature with two dots at bottom of my sign, will it make any difference. Pls suggest

I am encountered with the following situation

1. Company started 4 years back and was working with 2 employees. In the last month 20 employees were appointed to expand the business.

I joined CA Course with a view to change myself into someone responsible.I always had a dream to become CA after seeing my Dad doing good in his CA Profession and his Practice.I never thought about its impossibility even if i was a BELOW AVERAGE STUDENT.But things are going in its opposite direction.I am not able to get myself into the CA Studies.By hook and Crook,i do have reached CA Final but i am not sure if CA is mine.In reality,i am not able to enjoy CA Studies.It seems as if i am doing it out of pressure.I even fear with the fact that after leaving CA,i may regret about it.Now my question to you is " What's getting wrong with me" , "What parameters should i adopt to see whether i really want to do CA or not ".I am right now in a state of FIX.There had been no pressure from my Family to do so.Not even i was under any influence of others to do so.Please Help me in regard to this.

If any debtors not in condition to pay the receivable amount even we have written him many letters to pay.
After how much time I can claim this amount in P& L as a Bad Debtors and under which IT Section. please answer.
