I am encountered with the following situation
1. Company started 4 years back and was working with 2 employees. In the last month 20 employees were appointed to expand the business.
2. Now the registration for PF is sought
3. Now the senior 2 employees wish to remit PF from starting of the financial year.
4. Whether it can be done?
5. If so what are the formalities?

Hi
U need to have 20 eligible employees.
Eligible employees are those whose Basic + DA is Rs. 6500 or less.
No, PF can not be remit from the beginning, PF can be remitted only from that month in which company first time employs 20 eligible employees.
