I am qualified in Nov 2012 and working in a MNC, now i want to join as life insurance agent, Can any one clarify me whether i can join as insurance agent, whether i need to take permission from the institute? I dont have COP.

I passed PE-II group-I and due to some personal problem I am unable to sit in the examination after passing Group-I in CA PE-II.Now I want to again start my carieer and to sit in the IPCC exam.Can anyone tell me the procedure to convert from CA PE-II to IPCC.
Now I am staying in Chennai,but I had registred CA course in Kolkata region.Now what I need to do to transfer from Kolkata to Chennai.
