I need to register a Partnership Firm in Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. I have all the documents required for registration of partnership firm, the main problem which i am facing is WHERE TO SUBMIT THESE DOCUMENTS TO GET MY FIRM REGISTERED??????

I have a query regarding Industrial Training. I have started my article ship on 22.08.2011 and the same will get over on 22.08.2014. My attempt for CA-Final is May' 14.
So when should I intimate my principal and the Institute about Industrial Training and would the CA Final leave be counted for the purpose of Industrial training of 12 months.
Also, if I get my leave in January 14 from Industrial training so after my attempt will I have to work till 22.08.2014 ???

So i want any of you to kindly give me suggestions in follwing,,,
1. Which is the earliest possible date on which i can give final exam.. is it nov 2015.... or may 2016
2. i am thinking to start the training on june right after giving group two in may so that i can easily do some important family works which is due on march and also i will get enough time to study group2.. so if i start in june will it delay the earliest possible date on which i will be eligible to write final exam as above..?
3.. with the above marks, what level of firm should i expect.. i know its very difficult for me to get big firm.. coz i dont have good marks,, owing to number of attempts i have made,,, so what level of firm do you think i should go for...if possible name me some...?
4.. what are the procedure for doing articleship.../
please someone help me.... i shall be very thankful to anyone who help

I have taken my individual registration of PT in 2010 & paying my annual liability of Rs. 2500/-.
In 2011 i started my proprietorship firm of Construction Business and also taken Shop Act of the same.
However, the PT of employees was not deducted till now. Now i want to start the PT of employees also. What procedure should i follow?
Do i require separate regn. for the same?
Please guide.

AFTER COMPLETING THE TRAINING BUT BEFORE RECEIVING THE IT CERTIFICATE WITHIN THE NOTIFIED DATE AND IS THE NEXT DATE FOR SUBMISSION OR ARTICLESHIP DETAILS TO ICAI.
