suppose i took transfer on 15th April, then i rejoined in may 25..
is it counted as leave period (from 16th april - 24 may) ??

My firm doesnt have sat off so managing college,class & articleship is too hectic.I wish to take transfer in a firm with sat off.Will the institute grant me permission for it on these grounds?

Want to know that if a person had done job for more than a year as permanent employee & whose pf are deducted, than whether at the time of transfering job, pf a/c should be continued or disconnected?
Bcoz I had confusion that if the person doesn't continue for more than 3 yrs in organisation, pf will not be continued, but don't know whether its true or not?
pls reply me as urgent...

Sir, I have filled form 1, 18 and 32 for company incorporation on 13.12.2012 and re upload after correction the same as on 08.01.2013 as suggestion received from MCA through email. but after 4 month message is displaying that pending approval under regulation 17(6) since last 20 days. what i can do I am totally frustrated.

Now I have suggest a name as “Avni associates”. Now my question, is this name match my business profile. Can I use “Associate” word for this kind of business?
