06 May 2013 Ideally a company is incorporated to pursue one object as its main object. So there should be single main object. However to pursue main object there may be some incidental and ancillary objects which need to be observed by the company.

So such incidental and ancillary objects for attaining the main objects may also be part of MOA and AOA of the company.
