Sir, I have filled form 1, 18 and 32 for company incorporation on 13.12.2012 and re upload after correction the same as on 08.01.2013 as suggestion received from MCA through email. but after 4 month message is displaying that pending approval under regulation 17(6) since last 20 days. what i can do I am totally frustrated.

YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE OFFICE OF ROC. THE DATES MENTIONED BY YOU ARE THE DATES WHEN THE SITE WAS UNDER REPAIRS. BY THIS TIME EITHER YOUR FORMALITIES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED OR ELSE CONTACT THE CONCERNED ROC IT WILL BE DONE.
