one of my client is a dealer of glass products. He has interstate as well as intrastate purchases and sales.

For transportation he is currently paying transporation charges. Now he is burying his own vehile for transportation.

Can he claim Input Credit of MVAT paid on purhcase of vehicles and if yes how to take set off ?

generally E.S.I is applicable for an employee whos salary is upto 15000/- p.m
so how many no of days can be considered for ESI calculation
ex..an employee salary is 20000/-p.m in case if employee works for 10 days in a month obviously his salary will b less than 15000/- in this case..
so wat will be the ESI treatment in this case..

due to study i reduces my working hour 10 : 45 am to 5 : 15 pm he said i paid your stipend in advance.

as he said i already paid your stipend so there no need to work because i already worked
