Hi i want to take transfer. i will be completing my 1st year of article this month 20th. so what all procedures and can i download the 109 form or should i go and take
form from institute..?Actually, i have downloaded form and filled that sumbitted to firm is that ok?and one more thing is in the firm should they consider orientation,ITT,Exam leave as a leave or only the exam leave and sick leave?
Please let me know all this asap.

Should i inform or not
I have taken admission in ignou jan-2013 session for MA Eco-I.
I have registered for CS Executive program in May-2013.
I haven't informed ignou about CS and neither ICSE about MA Eco.
I don't even know how to inform formally.
I still have to pay examination fee of CS module-I and MA Eco-I by end of this month.
If not informing will lead me into any kind of trouble in future than please tell me what is the procedure to inform..???
