12 September 2013 Agree with all the experts. Issue is regarding your eligibility to appear for both groups. You may also refer CS prospectus to know the rule of both group eligibility.

12 September 2013 I have registered on 27th February 2013 but in the data of the Delhi Office it is showing as 27th March 2013
What to do?

13 September 2013 in such case the date shall be taken as 27/03/2013 and as per rules if you register after 28.2.2013 then in such case you will not be eligible to appear for both groups.

Accordingly you are eligible only for 1 group in dec 2013 exam as there should be atleast 9 months gap between the date of reg and date of exam so counting from 27.3.2013 it is less then 9 months hence you will be allowed to appear for only 1 group.
