We have lost 'c' form for 2004-05 issued by Goa Sales Tax,We have made all formalities i.e. Bond,Police FIR, Ad. & submitted all documents with Goa Dept through our client.Unfortunately our client has expired & no one is there to look after. Maharashtra dept has issued Ex prate notice & ask us to submit form with in two months. Goa dept is not cooperating. What are the solution for the same?

Sales in sez can be considered as export turnover of stp ?

We are a STP unit in Surat. We have made sales/service to a SEZ unit. Will it count as Export Turnover for our STP unit? Is there any procedure to be followed?

can a student who earlier registered and apperared to ipcc after passing CPT convert into direct entry scheme and meanwhile if ITT and orientation training is also done at that time then will it be necessary to undergo these training again or the existing certificates are valid
