i have lost my stamp paper in which deed was executed can i i get a back dated stamp paper for making a deed

It is risky one but if you try and make cost then you will get it please contact stamp vendors in your city.

1st of all in very rare case ICAI seek for Stamp papers,
You can use backdated Stamp paper,
however, its beyond ICAI guidelines but frankly speaking you can do so...
