08 October 2013 sir.... may I know if I m of the opinion to commence a new business of coaching classes then what all tax hurdles I will come across and any helpful tips are required to grow the business?... awaiting for your quick responses....

08 October 2013 if your coaching centre is in small type then u need not proceed for any permission.

but if you wish to make it large then and turn over a large EXCEED 9 LAKHS per annum then you need to registered in service tax department.

Noted also that You must be popular among students and peoples of your locality.you must have good teaching experience and a good personality will be added in this field.
