Transfer in second year

Do anyone can take transfer in second year on the basis of mutual consent between the principal & the articles or what happen if principal refuse to sign on the letter of having reason of non payment os stipend?

First or second attempt

Hi alllll,
I have completed my cpt in June 2012.I took 15 months for my ipcc,i mean i completed it in Nov 2013.and for MAY2013 i havent applied for exam also due to my personal problems.

And my dought is whether my attempt is considered as first or second attempt?

Attempt due confusion

my final attempt due on nov'15 as i m registered on 30-04-13 for my articelship but now i have taken my transfer on 21-03-14 and still i dont get a new employer and this gap exceeds about 1month so i want to know that is my final get delayed due to this 1 month gap from transfer date.pls help

my ca final registration letter is not received yet... so i dnt knw my final reg. is confirmed or not...is any other option to check my status with icai..
