Transfer in second year

28 April 2014 Do anyone can take transfer in second year on the basis of mutual consent between the principal & the articles or what happen if principal refuse to sign on the letter of having reason of non payment os stipend?

28 April 2014 In second year u must have to provide reason on which ur principal agree. In first year there is no need to give reason. But in second year consent of ur Principle is must. Well u can download the form from the following link:-

28 April 2014 Well in that case u have to file a complaint against ur principal to ICAI, and if after all verification ICAI finds it genuine then u can apply for transfer.

29 April 2014 First u have to file a compliant against ur principal regarding the matter. After that if ICAI finds it genuine after certain verification then can give u permission for transfer. Its a difficult process
