29 April 2014 iam join articleship on 08/10/2012 and i taken termination on 05/01/2014 for medical grounds.i completed my articleship trainining 15 months till now ...now i rejoin the articleship on 10/4/2014....whether iam able to attempt CA final on may 2015 exam or not ?

29 April 2014 most probably no. you have taken leave from 5 jan 2013 to 10 April 2014...this would result in excess leave resulting in shifting articleship completion beyond 30 October 2015. This would mean you wont be eligible for May 15. Even whether you are eligible for Nov 15 is also doubtful unless you are in position to complete articleship by 30 April 2016!

30 April 2014 now see this way...answer will most probably remain same. In the new Form 103 what is the completion date? if it is beyond 30 October 2015, then you are not eligible for May 15. so your Form 103 is going to play the pivotal role here.

30 April 2014 as such it should be counted as leave...that is why the relevant factor is what you wrote in Form 103. if the due date for completion wasn't changed in Form 103 and is accepted by ICAI, then you remain eligible for May 15 else not.
