Sir, Can anybody answer me for my doubt mentioned below.

We have submitted our accounts for last 3 years, applying for 12a exemption for a charitable trust, but now someone told me since you have not done any charity payments you cannot get 12a exemption. You should have done some charity payments and then only your application will be qualified for exemption. Is it correct, wheather I have to wait for exemption before I do the charity, or I can make payments and apply with a charity activity account. Please guide me.

Anyone who is an accountant not a CA and his partner who is a Lawyer practicing together can make an Associate Firm,
& if can then is it necessary to registered the firm???
